Corruption is such an evil thing it has covered it's influence in almost all sectors. Sensitive things like education is also being affected by the influence of corruption, which is such an unimaginable thing. The future of our country who acquire knowledge about everything in schools, colleges and other platform where education is provided are exposed to corrupted activity almost everyday. 

Corruption can severely cause hindrance in the development of children mindset and can lead to unexpected results. Similarly, Corruption exposes children to unethical behaviour. It leads to inequality amongst children who should be treated and be taken care of all equally. Corruption can lead to the poor outcome of the children's result and their behaviour, children may also learn about corruption and can be involved in corruption when they grow up as they are surrounded by corrupt officials.

Corruption is such a bad practice in our society especially when it comes in the field of education. Nepotism and favoritism can lead to hiring of underqualified teachers who don't know how to study themselves. If these types of teachers are hired by schools and colleges, the future of the students are extremely in danger. As, corruption is defined as the false use of power through positions, teachers can sexually, physically and mentally harass their students which causes students to not get interest in going to schools and eventually cause them to drop out. Corruption in education causes the poor quality of education with high fee rates and unmanaged facilities. 

Similarly, due to corruption some students may get admission in schools and colleges by bribing the school and college officials, although the student has not eligible requirement for the position in the field. Some students might get treated roughly while other student can be treated with care. This causes hate and jealous feelings amongst student, leading them with immoral norms and values. Similarly corruption can cause the rise in prices of textbooks, notebooks and other stationary items which are essential for students . But some student come from poor background who cannot afford expensive items. Fundings for education can also be misused by the officials involved in education field, which can lead to insufficient and poor quality supplies for students.

As we understood the affect and causes of corruption in education sector, let us discuss about some of the ways to eliminate corruption in education sector. First of all the hiring policy should be strict which lets the schools and colleges hire qualified and well mannered teachers. Education providing field like schools and colleges should have disciplined and good officials like Principal, administrator because no parents can enroll their children to the schools and colleges through bribery. Transparency should be maintained among children, teachers and parents through activities like Parents Teachers meeting which can give the parents idea about what is going on in schools and colleges that they have trusted their kid's future in it. These are some ways how corruption can be reduced in education sector.
